intel-iommu: Remove last use of PHYSICAL_PAGE_MASK, for reserving PCI BARs This is fairly broken anyway -- it doesn't take hotplug into account. We should probably be checking page_is_ram() instead. Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <David.Woodhouse@intel.com>
