MLK-11317 ARM: imx: imx6ul: add enet init for i.mx6ul This patch add the below function: - Add enet init for i.MX6UL. - select 50Mhz for xi input - clear override stap-in for nand tree mode - Add micrel phy ksz8081 fixup for MII mode.
