HID: usbhid: Add NOGET quirk for the AIREN Slim+ keyboard commit 37891abc8464637964a26ae4b61d307fef831f80 upstream. This patch (as1531) adds a NOGET quirk for the Slim+ keyboard marketed by AIREN. This keyboard seems to have a lot of bugs; NOGET works around only one of them.
