[AVR32] Add nwait and tdf parameters to SMC configuration Complete the SMC configuration code by adding nwait and tdf parameter. After this change, we support the same parameters as the hardware. Signed-off-by: Haavard Skinnemoen <hskinnemoen@atmel.com>
