sh: bootmem tidying for discontig/sparsemem preparation. This reworks some of the node 0 bootmem initialization in preparation for discontigmem and sparsemem support. ARCH_POPULATES_NODE_MAP is switched to as a result of this. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
